Image Glass Supply sells installation-ready commercial glass and hardware products, including CRL, FHC, and other trusted vendors. We operate as a U.S.-based supplier.

2. Orders & Payment

- All prices are listed in USD.

- Orders are processed Monday–Friday.

- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

- Payment must be made in full before order shipment.

3. Shipping

- Standard shipping timelines range from 1–5 business days after processing.

- Delivery delays due to carriers are not the responsibility of Image Glass Supply.

- Orders may ship from our warehouse or directly from our vendor partners.

4. Returns & Exchanges

- Returns accepted within 30 days for unused, unopened items.

- A restocking fee may apply on some items.

- Custom-cut or made-to-order products are final sale.

- Contact support@imageglass.supply before returning any items.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and pricing. If a product is listed incorrectly, we reserve the right to cancel or refund the order.
