🕒 Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Returns must be initiated within this window to be eligible.

📦 Return Method
Returns are accepted by mail only. We do not accept in-store or drop-off returns at this time.

To begin, email us at orders@imageglass.supply with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide detailed return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.

🔁 Exchanges
Yes — we accept exchanges for new, unused items. Reach out to request an exchange and we’ll coordinate the rest.

💰 Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. defective or incorrect item).

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

• Custom-cut or fabricated materials

• Special-order items not listed on our website

• Clearance or final sale items

• Any product showing signs of use or installation

💲 Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee.

⏳ Refund Processing Time
Once the item is received, please allow up to 5 business days for inspection and refund processing.
