📦 Domestic Shipping (USA)

We ship all standard-size items via UPS or FedEx Ground.
Orders typically process in 1–2 business days. Transit times vary by location.

🌎 International Shipping

Yes — we ship internationally. Canada orders are frequent and supported.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, or manually quoted for oversized items.

🚛 LTL Freight Policy (Oversized/Heavy Products)

Some products require LTL Freight Shipping due to size, weight, or material.
These include, but are not limited to:

  • Glass panels

  • Aluminum stock lengths (72" or longer)

  • Door kits

  • Railing systems

  • Curtainwall and storefront components

Freight shipping is required when:

  • Any dimension exceeds 48"

  • Weight exceeds 150 lbs

  • Item is fragile, metal, or glass and cannot ship ground safely

  • Multiple long items are ordered together

In these cases, we may display “Call for Quote” or contact you directly after order placement to provide an accurate freight cost. No charges are finalized until approved.
